DO NOT STAY HERE
Reserved a normal room with a king bed and paid for that. However they were oversold (my adult son was in the lobby waiting for us after we checked in and he heard them at the front desk). Normally I can pick a Hampton Inn and be ok with the bed. It was AWFUL. The box mattress was collapsed (I have pics), plus it was a FULL size bed, not a king, in a room with accommodations for disabilities. The door lock was broken (can only turn up the knob to open the room), and the decor is completely outdated. My husband and I visit Bozeman often, many times a year. This was a first and a last time we’ll ever stay there. $445 per night when it should be $80 a night based on accommodations.
I’m surprised Hilton doesn’t check hotels regularly to ensure they are up to standard.
The hotel was over-sold. The guy at the front desk said he may be able to change us to another room for the 2nd night of our 2 night stay but we decided not to pack up as we were going to be gone for the entire day and it would have been a pain. So for anyone who has a bad back or neck issues, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL at all. The people at the front desk were nice but I’m sure none of them have slept there as they’d understand how bad it really is.
Booked the room through Hotels.com (Expedia) but I’ll be letting corporate Hilton know as well.
