The manager on duty at The Hampton Inn was an exemplary employee. She went above and beyond to help us after a reservation with a mistaken wrong date was made using Hotels.com/Expedia. The Expedia manager offered to switch dates but in return tripled the cost of the room. The Hampton Inn employee offered to match the original price which the Expedia manager said was “impossible” as rooms were “high” and in demand. He was rude and threatened to hang up if I didn’t accept his offer. I declined his offer.
The manager on duty the evening of May 8th gave us the best deal she could and was more than helpful. Would not recommend using Hotels.com/Expedia but I would suggest staying at this hotel while traveling.
