Dave and the front desk staff were exceptionally nice and intentional with shuttle, eatery references, and entertainment. My only critique would be having a secured place for baggage. It's not that they have to "insure security" but a storage and tagged bags is standard for boutique/luxury hotels. Bar is worth taking a seat to enjoy the ambience and drinks.

I self-parked in the garage amidst a bit of confusion and congestion with street construction happening right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Parking was easy enough, and safe, but the garage could use a serious power washing. Dirty garage floor makes for dirty hotel floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and beautifully Deco. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, the restaurant and bar, were wonderfully friendly, and helpful and welcoming. Great stay
