Aluguei quarto para tres pessoas. Chegando 1 hora da madrugada, no quarto tinha uma cama. Na recepçao fui informado que para a "terceira pessoa nao seria cobrada" ja que era ainda crianca. O entendimento do hotel entao e que a uma pessoa deve dormir no chao. Parabens!

Não sei nem por onde começar! Quarto com tv sem acesso a nenhum canal de streaming a não ser os canais locais, hotel sem preparo para receber bebes e crianças, pois não tinha um ambiente como uma copa baby, nem nada do tipo, não tinha um filtro de água potável, o restaurante não podia me dá um copo de água sem cobrar, ficava no térreo e o microondas disponível ficava no último andar, o café da manhã extremamente simples e alimentos que não agradava a todo paladar. Pelo valor das diárias, localização e estética do ambiente, deveriam melhorar o acesso e comodidade para as famílias.

Cama casal muito pequena, foi um pouco desconfortável. Cheiro horrível vindo do banheiro, no quarto 1101. Nossa experiência não foi boa por conta desses quesitos. No mais, notamos boa limpeza dos cômodos, boas instalações de academia. Estacionamento pago R$ 20,00 por diária e vagas bem apertadas.
