The first day, the Manager in charge was very nice and attentive, which I appreciated. However, on the second day I reported a water leak in both the bathroom sink and the kitchen, and it took two days for the issue to be resolved.
Regarding cleanliness, I noticed a dead bug on the closet door, which I left intentionally to see if it would be cleaned, but it remained there for two weeks. Additionally, two of the towels provided had a bad odor, so I did not use them.
I also reported that one of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers was broken, but it was never replaced during my stay.
On a positive note, the staff working in the restaurant—especially during breakfast—were excellent, very attentive, and consistently provided great service.
