Wonderful accommodations and the staff went abiuve and beyond to assist with everything we needed one person Emily was fantastic and went well and above all our expectations to ensure we had a great time while in town. Very nice hotel, good location with metro connections very near by, extremely friendly and helpful staff, spotless clean rooms, tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of options both western and Japanese, great amenities especially the onsen. We had a family room with four beds which left very little space for the luggage, that was the only disadvantage, but all the rest was great and we enjoyed very much our stay.
