Arrived at the hotel with no idea I needed to take a ferry to Cape May (hotels website did NOT mention this major detail) the following morning for a graduation. If no ferry, the drive would be 3-1/2 hours so panic set in. The amazing front desk person was incredibly helpful and patient as I worked through my panic. He explained my options, felt badly the website on hotels.com did NOT include this important detail (listed as being only 17 miles from Cape May without mentioning the obstacles in getting there). He remained calm and oh so helpful and even booked the ferry reservations for me, further calming my panic. He was amazing in customer service and deserves kudos!! He made a stressful situation so much more palatable! The hotel, itself, was clean, decent breakfast, comfortable beds/pillows, and fitness center did the trick.
