Unique experience but a bit away from the sights.

We stayed in a canal boat on our prior trip to Amsterdam and decided to continue to pick unusual accommodations. This bridge hut is definitely unique. We had a fun stay but 2 nights was about our limit. There is very very little space and the "wet" bathroom takes some getting used to. The location is a very long walk (25+ minutes) from the heart of town but there are buses and trams nearby that help shorten the trip. The road noise/vibrations can be a bit much, especially if you are a light sleeper.
