Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The location although very close to St Marks Square and noisy with the windows open became quiet as soon as they were shut. The free breakfast buffet every morning set us up for the day. I thought the photos included an outdoor seating area/bar which it did not after all. There's plenty of outdoor seating close by however. The location was perfect.
