Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised.
Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working, making it very hot and uncomfortable to stay in. We informed the staff, who came to check it and offered us alternative rooms. However, after being shown multiple rooms, it became clear that the air conditioning was not functioning in any of them.
To make matters worse, we later found a significant number of ants in the room.
Due to these issues, we requested to cancel our booking, as the hotel did not provide the basic amenities promised. Unfortunately, the staff refused to cancel or offer a proper solution.
As a result, we had no choice but to check out after approximately 3 hours and find another place to stay.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend this hotel.
