Check in ruim e check out pior ainda .Ao deixar meu carro para ser estacionado ( estacionamento pago extra diária)esqueci meu fone de ouvido dentro do carro e solicitei ao manobrista que o pegasse , o mesmo foi grosseiro e disse que estava muito ocupado e que nao poderia fazê-lo. Quarto antigo espaçoso . Para acessar a banheira(chuveiro) tem que subir em uma escadinha que mais parece escada de hospital. Horrível. Uma pessoa de idade ou com alguma dificuldade não consegue tomar banho .Check out demorado , fila, 1 funcionário atendendo . Café da manhã bom.Nao voltarei !!!!

A experiência no hotel não foi agradável, devido ao cheiro de mofo. Precisei trocar de quarto, pois no primeiro, não conseguia parar de espirrar. No segundo, o cheiro estava um pouco mais discreto, mas ainda estava lá. Os quadros tinham mofos, o sofá de ambos os quartos eram velhos, com cheiro forte e sujeira visível. As toalhas de banho também estavam bem velhas e desgastadas. As toalhas estavam quase transparentes de tão usadas. Outro ponto era a demora para pegar e retirar o carro do estacionamento. O carro fica um bom tempo na porta sem ninguém para manobrar, e na retirada, levava cerca de 20 minutos para pegarem. Por fim, o único ponto que "compensou" a estadia foi a cordialidade dos funcionários da recepção. Todos extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos.

Precisa de muitas melhorias, principalmente no banheiro! Chuveiro pingando, teto precisando de pintura, onde pendura toalha estava caindo, o controle do ar condicionado não funcionava. De resto, ok! Gostei! E o estacionamento é pago: R$ 33,00. Isso também achei bem desproporcional!
