Unfortunately, there appeared to be a large number of occupants staying in only two rooms, with approximately 15 people gathering and using the hot tub for extended periods. As a result, other guests had very limited access to the facility. Even after the group left, the area remained difficult to enjoy due to strong cooking spice odors that lingered throughout the common spaces.
This is not a reflection of the property itself or the efforts of the staff, who were courteous and did what they could within their authority. However, management may wish to consider implementing and enforcing occupancy and common-area usage regulations to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the amenities.
The hotel and staff were otherwise satisfactory, but stricter policies regarding overcrowding and shared facility usage would greatly improve the guest experience.
