Check in was fine, a little slow but it was busy so that’s understandable. First thing when I got to my room, the bathroom door locked on its own and I couldn’t get anyone to answer to assist. Secondly, most of the outlets and lights in the room did not work, no matter how I adjusted switches. Third, WiFi did not work (connected with no problem but could never reach internet) and the hours stated for breakfast didn’t match the posted hours. Finally, and most important, I was double charged the pet fee, which is already overpriced at $35, but is absolutely unacceptable at $70.
