There wasn’t water due to “freezing pipes” according to staff and she said it was a regular occurrence but then the manager tried to say it wasn’t a normal thing and threw her staff under the bus. We were checked in with no warning about the lack of water and the manager said waving the $28 pet fee was sufficient to make up for the lack of water. By the way, the manager said the staff checking me in was supposed to warn me about the lack of water, that they’ve been instructed to warn guests before checking in anytime the rooms don’t have water, which contradicts her earlier attempts to say the lack of water isn’t a repeated issue. The lady that checked me in was super nice, moved me to another room that still had water, and warned me to use it fast because it wouldn’t be long before that room lost it, too. Didn’t matter much in comparison to NO WATER but the WiFi and tv kept going down, too.
