Went to check in, was informed that they could not find my reservation for that night, but had me down for the next night, even though I had changed reservations over a week prior. The manager told me “that’s between you and Hotels.com. You need to contact them directly”. Then while I was outside trying to contact Hotels.com via telephone, over 10 minutes later, the manager came out and stated she had “found” the correct reservation after all. When I went back in, I was told that the manager had not looked in the right place.
