4/10 Fair

The breakfast had only coffee and a couple of pieces of bread.
Raquel, 3-night trip

Staff great and welcoming. Just a great night's sleep. Only thing you'll hear is the traffic on the street, which cant be controlled. Out of all the places l have stayed, including the very over expensive hotels, this is by far the best one for me.
Shelia, 2-night trip

Pleased Customer

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was polite, reserving the room was very easy. No hassle upon arrival. The door to the room had spacing, being able to see shadows when they walk by. Breakfast was nice to have. Waffles, juice, yogurt and coffee.

It was a good quiet place to stay but 150 deposit should be noted on site was ask for at check-in was an inconvenient what if i didn't have a extra 150

Decent stay

The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy and we had a good time. We didn’t get the two beds that I had reserved online and we were put in a handicap room instead. Also, the tv had no tv channels and we couldn’t watch anything at all so we just went to bed. But we still had fun and enjoyed our night in Raleigh
April, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place had a bad smell and there was hair with blood on the floor.
Alvaro, 1-night trip

A last option hotel, which it was. Lobby smelled of sewage. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The dresser drawers kept opening up into the walkway. Typical things you’d expect from a last option hotel
Daniel, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was quick and efficient. It looks like the place was recently renovated - there was new carpet on the floor and the room had fresh, clean paint on the walls. The toilet seat was loose but I was able to tighten it by hand. Lots of channels to watch on tv and the building was quiet. It is close to a major road so light sleepers might want to get a room to the left side away from the road. It wasn't an issue for me. There was a food truck parked outside that has great, authentic food from South America at good prices - check them out!
Jason, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It was only okay. Had to switch rooms due to issues upon arrival (TV wasn't working). New room wasn't quite prepared and had a worse set-up as far as the bathroom and bed-sizes.. No option for late check-out even though we were almost the only people there. Breakfast was meh.

Grateful for help - hold hotels accountable!!!

Horrible hotel that didn’t notify 20+ guests that they overbooked it until they arrived. Hotels.com had to pay for my stay since the hotel messed up. (Big ask) consider vetting hotels that are listed on hotels.com that are in areas where there might be a huge event. For example - if there is a major concert in NC, those hotels should be required to provide proof that there are rooms available for upcoming guests, else they are penalized. This will create a clear line on who is liable when a guest can’t stay there. The hotel is liable if they screw up or hotels.com is liable for listing the unavailable rooms

I tried to check in, unfortunately did not have the extra $100 for a deposit and the room was already paid for. Was told I will not get my money back as they do not refund if you don't use your stay. It's 20 degrees tonight and it is going to be a difficult night. I am a member of choice hotels with enough points for a free stay but still couldn't cover the deposit to night. Someone should look into this and reach out. Expedia could not cancel the reservation because it is in process, of course because I can't check in. Kept calling Expedia and kept getting disconnected. Tough night but hopefully will make it through.

Horrible

Don't look forward to breakfast unless you just want a waffle and coffee. everything else is OUT OF ORDER for my 5 day stay. You will have company with the BUGS and spiders in your room. Its a no smoking facility but you can smell smoke in the hall. I'll never stay there again.

I’m afraid my car will be broken into. WORST hotel/motel I ever stayed out.
Susan, 1-night trip

We paid for it and went to check in and they said they was full!
Corey, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Checked in was told after I paid online I needed a 200 deposit for each room. Got into our rooms and it had cockroaches running all over, left immediately and requested a refund.
Mary, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The staff was immediately available upon check in. However, the pictures do not match the cleanliness. The health rating was 90.5, so no way I was going to eat breakfast there. It just resembled a motel room….. it served its purpose. You can tell they attempted so work with what they had. It wasn’t filthy, mostly rundown.

Do not stay!!!

It was horrible. No elevator. The shower doors were off track so I kept getting stuck in or out. The bathroom light barley lit. The toilet cover was broken. The door had gaps where you could see out the room. The drawers were broken and wouldn’t not remain shut. There were no comforters on the bed, just sheets. EVERYTIME I left the room I had to have the front desk reset my key because it would stop working. And to top it off as we were packing up to leave there was a roach!
