Os quartos com raras exceções tem janelas e básculas voltadas para o corredor de circulação, isso tira um pouco da privacidade e circulação de ar. Estrutura de 3 andares sem elevador. Corredores ok, conservados e limpos, quartos nem tanto. Cama confortável, enxoval já velho e precisando de substituição. Café da manhã bom, frutas frescas, pães, bolos, no padrão mas tudo muito gostoso. Garagem anexa do outro lado da rua, muito apertada, quem não tem manejo não estaciona.
