Beautiful place..didn't like the bathroom is orher side where your staying downstairs to scary if have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, also its be nice if they put a tv its be more comfortable if your going to stay more than 2 nights. I enjoyed so much my stay at this location. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the staff that made my stay very enjoyable and special. You will not have to wait to be taken care of, the place is very quiet and clean. The food option is very very good. Everything about this place was 10/10. I recommend you request for them to send you a taxi pick up to the airport as it is safer and cheaper rather than renting a vehicle or getting a taxi from the airport directly. I feel in love with the place 👍

Excelente sitio, la atención de todos los empleados muy buena. Cada domo es muy privado y tiene muy buena vista al embalse. Lo malo es que alcanza a escuchar música de otras fincas que quedan cerca y se escucha los carros pasar de la carretera. Pero eso no es culpa del sitio. The service of the reception/restaurant was below average (bad) for such a place. Beyond slow, badly organized. We addressed the issues with the staff and the response was that other visitors recently complained as well. Whoever owns this place needs to bring in a person that knows how to run such a place. This is the same price range as cayena or one santuario in Colombia but the service is far below.

Tolle Anlage, Lake Bungalow No 5 mit viel privacy, feines Frühstück aber wenig Auswahl, Nachtessen zum Teil sehr lange Wartezeiten (1 Stunde für Vorspeise) obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Preis/Qualität jedoch gut. Jeden Abend um 20:30 wir ein Feuer angefacht!

Lindo el paisaje, pero esperaba más de Domus
El recibimiento fue muy bonito pues te dan una copa de champagne para la bienvenida. Los empleados nos ayudaron a bajar las maletas a la recamara. Al entrar nos dimos cuenta que hace bastante calor dentro de la cabana y seria bueno que ellos prendieran el extractor antes de que lleguen los invitados. De igual manera no es mucha la ayuda del extractor y el calor que hace dentro del cuarto durante el dia es bastante! Comparando nuestra cabana a las otras nos dimos cuenta que el plastico trasparente esta bastante sucio/desgastado y no se ve muy bien hacia afuera. La llave de el jacuzzi muy floja y el agua caliente tarda muchisimo en salir. Cada dia de estadia incluye el desayuno. El desayuno en si no esta mal, el problema es que cuando llega a tu cuarto la comida esta fria, y esto nos sucedio los dos dias. Entiendo que la experiencia se trata de conectar con la naturaleza pero no estaria mal que limpiaran la catidad de telaranas que hay dentro y alrededor de el bano. Domus te brinda varias opciones de actividades acuaticas. El problema es que varios de los articulos que usarias estan en mal estado incluyendo los salvavidas. Por este precio y lo que menciones anteriormente la verdad no valio la pena. Una desgracia por que la verdad teniamos muchas ganas de disfrutar la experiencia del glamping. Espero que mejoren ciertas partes y les deseo mucho excito.
