This was the worst Comfort Inn & Suites we have ever stayed in. The room was discussing. the front desk (after we checked in. the woman was really nice/ she even kept trying to open the door for us). The manager has a "F U" attitude, and even asked me what I wanted her to do about the door. Politeness, kindness was not in some of their abilities.
There was a smell of pot and smoke through out the hotel. There was no hot water in the rooms, (we had 2 rooms), preventing us to shower during out stay. The front door was broken so that we had to manually pull the door apart. (they were extremely heavy, since the mechanism wanted to keep the doors shut. I am in a wheelchair and had to use alternative adaptive equipment because I would be squished if I tried to propel myself through the front doors. The elevator also did not say open. and almost crushed one of our service dogs.
If we hadn't paid upfront, we would have left the same day we arrived. The rooms were so gross we actually went out and purchased our own sheets and blankets to use while there.
