booked this hotel to spend quality time with my family in Nashville, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
First, beware of hidden parking fees. We were told parking was $40 per day, but after my 3-day stay, I was shocked with a bill for $189. That’s misleading and dishonest.
Second, the so-called “free” breakfast was awful. No scrambled eggs, just unappetizing, pre-made omelets that tasted stale. Not worth waking up for.
The cleanliness was disgusting — our shower was covered in mold and mildew, and there were long blonde hairs all over the bathroom and floor, clearly from a previous guest. It was beyond unsanitary.
To make matters worse, my 20-year-old son booked a room right next door, and his TV didn’t work the entire stay. We only found this out on the last day, but the fact that no one from the hotel checked or fixed it shows a complete lack of care for guests.
This hotel is overpriced, dirty, and misleading. Save your money and book somewhere else.
