GROSS! DO NOT BOOK! I booked a room that was 2 beds with a pull out sofa the day of when I arrived I was given a room with 2 beds and 2 chairs. I went downstairs to tell them I was given the wrong room. They said that they took out the pull out sofas and replaced them with chairs so they can update. They said they were able to give me the room I wanted but I would need to wait 40 minutes so they can clean. I had checked in around 7 when normal time is 4 so I told them I was not interested in waiting that long. Surprisingly all of a sudden a room was ready maybe 10 minutes later. We switch rooms, showered, and are about to get comfortable and go to bed. I pull out the sofa bed and it’s DISGUSTING! Springs were popping out the sides, NO SHEETS, completely flattened, stains EVERYWHERE, AND IT SMELLED LIKE PEE! YESS PEE! It looked like they took this thing out the garbage. I went downstairs and obviously advised them of this and demanded we get a second room for free to accommodate the 2 people in our party that now have no where to sleep. Suddenly there is not rooms left so I demanded my money back. I received approval both on video and paper from the front desk manager to receive my money back and we left. Since I booked through hotels.com I had to reach out to them the next day. Then speaking to the hotels.com rep I was told that I would only be receiving 75% of my cost back. WHAT! They said that the front desk only approved of this. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME THE DAY OF!
