Used razor and strands of hair on conditioner bottle on the wall in shower. Shoes were sticking to the floor. Patio had cigarette butts all on the ground and covered in moss. Couch had plastic tag pieces on it. Pool was dirty. Not a good experience especially for the price.

The staff here were excellent, especially the maintenance and cleaning staff who were around throughout my stay. The property condition could have been better (damaged door frame in the bathroom and uneven parking lot) but the stay was otherwise great. The location was very convenient for me.

Multiple Room keys were given to occupied rooms and door would not lock. Rooms were nice.

Holes in ceiling with pipes exposed. Sliding door in room was unable to lock it had a bar in it. No breakfast was greasy and not included in the stay. Not up to Marriott standards in my opinion. Very expensive for the condition of the property.

We had several rooms there for family. Some had microwaves others didn’t. some had broken lights and some had better TVs but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again except for I would make sure that I had a room that had functioning lights, TV and a microwave.

Hotel was damp and stinky. The pool water was cloudy and cold could not even swim.

I wish I had better things to say about this location…we’ve stayed in other courtyard Marriott’s with better stays. Just to note that The staff in Lansing was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and as nothing to do with my rating. However, the suite we stayed in—room 277–reeked of cigarette smoke. I didn’t think smoking rooms were still a thing! The smell in the bedroom was the worst—we bought some febreeze because we couldn’t stand to sleep in there. It almost seemed like the smell was embedded in the curtains or carpet. Unfortunately, I’m downgrading a perfectly good stay to a three because of this horrendous smell.

Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place
