Hotel is great, staff was friendly on a very, very busy weekend in the summer. The layout is a little odd, with the elevators being the only option to easily access any floor higher than 2. We stayed on 3 and could have taken staris up if they were available rather than wait for elevators, but the doors lock out the stairwells above floor 1. Makes sense for security, but some people prefer the stairs.

Amazing hotel! Can’t wait to stay again. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Great location. Safe. Clean. Super quiet. The evening drinks and snacks were a plus. The only bummer was the pool was down for maintenance but we were able to walk a block away and use the pool at the Graduate. Parking was easy peasy. There is a skywalk from the parking garage directly to the hotel was convenient. 10/10 recommend this place. We were sad to leave!

The property was host to many in town for basketball, gymnastics, and other events. They kept the hotel clean, attended to everyone's needs, were patient for us on parking, etc., and provided what we needed which was a place next to the Lied Center. We ate a wonderful meal in the Ten Forty Bar and Grille, went to our concert, and had drinks after the performance. We will definitely stay there again.
