This review was written because of the series of issues that I have encounteted. I hope this review makes the future visitors rethink about their experiences.
The check in was very average. The gentleman was not nice. No smiles or friendly mannerism. I do not judge the accomodation based on if the workers are miserable in their job.
The concierge askes me to bring my credit card. Then proceeded to process a payment without my consent or explaination. Only when asked, he told me what he was doing and how much money was being taken out.
The facility was ok, below the pay range in terms of quality.
The worst part was, at 8:45am (1 hour before my check out), two house keeping ladies proceeded to bang my door. I am pretty loud, and I said I am still in there. They were too distracted talking to each other to hear me yell. If she stopped from there, it would have been fine but no, she opened my door. However, I had the locks in. If she stopped from there, I would have not posted the review. No. She tried to force her way in twice. Then she used her card twice again to undo my door. Only when I yelled several times, she knew she made a mistake. I confronted the two ladies and they admitted their mistake.
I was going to say something, to complain, but the reception concierge lady was too busy shelving her cold drinks into the fridge to serve. She just told me to leave my keys and go.
Worst experience. Never again.
