After we completed the booking and paid the apartment, we never received any information how to enter our flat! No pass code, no instructions… nothing!!!
We were arriving on Saturday and by pure luck we found out from the neighbor who lives in that building, where is Green Ribbon’s reception.
The reception is in the Red Ribbon building across the street!
Due to the traffic jams we arrived at 4PM on Saturday and we then found out that Reception is not working 24/7 and that we had huge and pure luck that we found someone at the Reception because they were about to close regardless their guests haven’t arrived yet and we announced later arrival!
When we asked how would we enter the apartment, which we booked and paid, on Saturday afternoon, if we haven’t found them at the Reception by pure luck, the clerk just smiled and said ‘I do not know in fact! You would not enter your flat!’
We had 2 kids and this was very inconvenient situation! Totally unacceptable and hosts were totally unreliable.
Never again going there!
Good luck if you go in Green or Red Ribbon… you’ll need it!!
