I really liked this place. The staff stood out the most — they were genuinely kind and easy to talk to, not in that forced “service smile” way, but naturally welcoming. The interior is simple but well designed, everything feels intentional and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better — close to everything without the noise or chaos. It just had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

Property was ok - the room was definitely not worth what I paid per night…the bathroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the shower leaked everywhere after use and overall the room was in a shabby state. Room ammenities were poor. Location is in the centre of town and the staff are friendly.

The manager Batu & his assistant Batu (2!) were first class.. nothing was too much trouble! Batu 2 came to ferry & carried our cases back to hotel, then up stairs, which was marvellous! Great view & balcony from our room but need a moveable umbrella so can enjoy it as otherwise it was far too hot! Very convenient location & friendly atmosphere at reception! Would highly recommend..

Otelin konumu inanilmaz merkezi. Otopark sikintisi var. Odanin cami tam kapanmiyordu bu yuzden sokagin sesi geliyordu ama biz rahatsiz olmadigimiz icin soyleme geregi duymadik. Araba trafigi yogun bir sokakta yer aliyor, merkezdeki her yere yurume mesafesiz. Kahvalti icin Luff Suites’e yurunmesi lazim ama mesafe cok degil, 200 metre mesafede.

Otel beklentimi karşıladı odama ve manzarasına bayıldım. Uzun boylular için (1.75 üstü) banyo birazsıkıntı olabilir😄 tek eleştirim kahvaltının ana otelde verilmesi ve biraz zayıf kalmasıydı. Kahvaltı için çeşitlilik arttırılsa iyi olur diye düşünüyorum. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Luff hotel teşekkürler

Luff otelde ilk kez konakladık. Konumu kahvaltisi ortamı dekorasyonu çok güzel. Araca otopark yok ama otel önünde Batuhan bey sağolsun yardimci oluyor. Konumu çok rahat heryere ulaşabilirsiniz. Biz ekonomik odada çatı katında kaldigimiz için asansörün olmaması ve odanın biraz basık olmasi dışında herşey cok guzeldi. Bir daha tercih ederim ama çatı katı olmazsa çünkü sıcakta zor bir oda :)
