Overall, it was a really great stay. The front desk was super nice. The room was clean and stocked. There’s even a coffee shop walking distance from the hotel which was really nice.

Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. I finally stayed in the 3rd room after asking for other rooms due to hair and stains on the bedding. The floors are hard rather than carpeted, but there is loose dirt, bunnies, and a stickiness to them. This hotel has fallen into disrepair in other minor areas as well-missing vent fan covers, broken off towel bars, dirty grout, and scuffed paint. That being said, it was a quiet night and there were no disruptive guests during my stay. There was a fridge, microwave, and large flat screen TV in the room.

Arrival was very accommodating by the front desk with regards to putting us in rooms close together, etc. The rooms were very clean and as they are modifying and upgrading, whatever wasn’t in our rooms that we requested, was promptly brought to us. We appreciated the upgrades that they are striving towards.

This property is not clean. From hair on the sheets to dirty, stained towels on the counters. Bugs on the dirty floor. The poor guy at reception was working so hard to find clean rooms for the guests. There were people smoking weed in the building.

This was the worst hotel I have ever walked into. We walked into the room and turned around and walked out. Went and got another hotel for the night.

No hot water, bugs in bathroom, main floor window had no screens in it. Not great. Room smelled of cigarettes. I guess I get what I pay for.

We waited over 30 minutes just to get checked in. While in line to check in, two guests before me both came back stating they walked in to an already occupied room and checked in to dirty rooms. Over heard staff talking about an employee being in the dumpster in the parking lot and she wasn’t getting out until she found what she was looking for. Only good thing about this stay was the toilet paper

A staff member was doing drugs while trying to check us in! Then they said "our room WAS clean but now its NOT"…what?!? And one of the staff members was to "busy" in another room with a "friend"…really. I recommend on not going there, like at all.

Don’t recommend

Gave away our building reservation and then tried to move us to a different building up the road. The building was in terrible condition. Smelled , drywall dust everywhere, homeless people , door handles missing. Asked for a refund and didn’t stay at the hotel. We drove home instead.

Had two rooms. Told they clean...thet were not. Barhrooms in both rooms were dirty....hair in tub and on the floor..sink dirty. Toilets hadn't been cleaned... The bed in the one room didn't have the sheets changed from last occupant... on the one bathroom door ...hole in the door but no door knob.... was not impressed with our stay....would not return....

Since my stay was for an emergency it was actually decent the only downside is they were doing renovations or fix something in some of the rooms because some doors had blue tape on them but my didn’t when I got in my room there was no tv but the tv mount was there and the shower rod was basically unscrewed looked like it was gonna fall and some minor stuff was missing like a trash can and what not i really only stay for 1-2 nights how ever you thing about it so take this with a grain of salt
Dominique, 2-night trip

The entire property - including the room smelled heavily of cigarettes and bleach. The room was dirty; floors unswept, hair in the bed, mirror and sink not wiped down, and fan caked in dust. The occupant in the room next to us was LOUD all night long - talking and laughing with people in the hallway and room, listening to loud music, and has 3 large dogs in the room that bark often. The bedsheets and comforter were also sloppily made and didn’t fit the king size bed. The staff was friendly but didn’t seem interested in helping occupants or able to offer much information. Was a bed to sleep in but will it recommend. Or stay again.

Ghetto place

The room was so smelly, the toilet was so dirty and not flushing good, the room wasn’t clean, bugs all over, the bed covers and everything were not washed, smelly and stained This Hotel should’ve not been open as it’s the worst nightmare for those who are deceived by the pictures on line. It’s a must not stay place. They are lying about this dirty, druggy smelling hotel. We never stayed because it made us puke just going inside the minute we saw it. I wasted my money on this filthy Hotel. It’s a scam, non refundable hotel. What an idiot would put a hotel website with good photos of it and stating as non refundable. It’s a ghetto place!!!!

Very Disappointed

Hotels gave me flat price, hotel charged 4.50 more room was filthy, not swept, not mopped, multiple hair in bath and in sink, no cable even though the marguee states free wifi and cable, no ice available has to walk to store to get it, but most of all, no one ever to be found working, push the buzzer and it says unavailable, dial the number given and ask you to leave a message. One customer called and was told to call back in 45 mins as they were on lunch. Regardless never could find anyone Will not stay here again,
