First, the proprietor, Inaki, was the best. He gave us a warm welcome at check in and explained everything about the property. The location is fantastic..2 blocks from beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes from the Old Town. The room was so clean as was the bathroom and the whole Pensione. The price is excellent compared to other hotels in the area. We loved the little balcony overlooking a cute street. I highly recommend this pensione and would stay here again for sure. San Sebastián is a beautiful beach town. This accommodation is tight. Parking was horrible most of the underground parking have been turned into residential only. I got lucky using tel park app to get a spot, forget about street parking
