Our room was a non-smoking room, but it stenched like cigarettes. Had the house keeper spray an air freshener, but that didn't help much. Wifi didn't reach to our room. There was tiny roaches all over the room. Refrigerator didn't even get cold properly even when we adjusted the temperature in it. Shower did not have hot water, the most was luke warm water.

It was being handled when we got back there, but still was unsettling. Only one roll of toilet tissue. Small cockroach in sink.
