Here's the good: nice staff; a hopping Irish pub attached; a decent, working Keurig in the room; free coffee machine in the lobby; pet friendly; quiet; near a nice (short) riverside walk and park area; ample free parking; washer/dryer onsite. Here's the not-so-good: I paid for a "deluxe" room, but it was not "deluxe" - I know because there were other rooms on my floor that plainly were in MUCH better shape ("deluxe") than mine, which was carpeted (and tattered). Also, I booked & paid for a room with a fireplace --> NO fireplace in the room. There was no hair conditioner at all in my bathroom - not even an empty dispenser. Nothing. Fine, I guess, if you don't shower, don't wash your hair, don't use conditioner, or are bald. It was OK as a hotel - but nothing more. Staff was courteous and hardworking - A+ for that part.
