We appreciated being able to check in early, which was a nice start to our stay. However, our key card wasn’t working, and we had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times to report that we couldn’t get into the room. Since it was very cold outside, this became quite inconvenient. On the third attempt, we asked a staff member to come and check the door directly, and after resetting the code, we were finally able to get in.
The location is very accessible, which we liked. That said, it would be much better if there were an on-site restaurant. Guests are currently directed to a sister hotel, which requires a bit of a walk not ideal during cold weather.
Overall, a convenient location with helpful staff once the issue was addressed, but improvements to room access and on-site dining would make the experience much smoother.
