The room is super clean. The reception, security guards are very nice, location is good, very convenient for public transportation and the hotel is located on the main road. It is very convenient to find food. However, for the standard room, there is no chairs available. On the 2nd night, the air condition is not working and my dad asked the staff to help. The staff said she is not working for maintenance and cannot help and let my dad stay in room without A/C. She should offer to change the room or should have the solution. This is considered the worst service as I’ve ever got.
