Hotel is well located and well organized. Food at the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Even though I have a trouble free stay, the hotel is too expensive for what you get. Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it. The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.
