It's good value for money and an honest place, but the showers were lukewarm at best, which simply is unacceptable in Canberra. Better shower heads would be appreciated but the hot water needs fixing pronto. Otherwise, everything was good - comfy beds, reasonably clean, friendly staff.

The staff, especially the guy at the breakfast dining area is awesome. The breakfast was relatively affordable and worth the price. Need to improve on the toiletries maintenance as there were no more hand/body soap on the dispensers.

Large and laid out resort- barely heard any other guests. Breakfast was yummy with a coffee machine that makes tasty coffee and hot choccy. All staff we saw- restaurant, cleaners, reception- all helpful and friendly. Close enough to Canberra, we only ever had 20min drive for all sites. Comfy beds and plenty of space for the kids in the family rooms. We will stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful. We didn't use the facilities apart from the room; the restaurants didn't appear open on our stay. Good pub just up the road - book in advance if it's near the weekend, as it gets packed out. Also petrol station next door. Note you are technically in NSW for this hotel. Still an easy 20 minute drive into Canberra town and suited our purposes for locations in the North of the city.

The laundry was still left outside of our door in the night. There were piles of rubbish left outside in the bins and on the floor. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels across the country and this one was almost on par with a caravan park.

Room still had vomit on thr bunk beds and on the curtains. Floors very grubby. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours, so didnt complain. Then left early morning, never to return.
