The room was clean and the cleaning staff good during my six-day stay, but even with an every-other-day cleaning I had to ask on “my” day. I inherited someone else’s dishware in the dishwasher, and there was no sponge or the like for me to wash mine by hand, so I was left using paper towels - lots of them - which is hardly eco friendly.
My first morning they ran out of eggs and potatoes before the advertised hours ended, but things were ok after I complained to the manager, whose help I appreciate.
One woman at the front counter was rude, but learned to avoid her, and everyone else I dealt with knew their jobs and how to perform them with something approaching a smile.
The only ad in the elevators was about how great the bar was and convivial the happy hour atmosphere, but I never saw the bar open or any evidence of a happy hour. I would take the poster down until the promise and the reality correspond.
