I have been to Dublin several times, The Alex is the best hotel I have stayed in from the customer service of the staff, the cleanliness, facilities, design, standard of the rooms and space. My favourite hotel where I've stayed in Dublin. So clean and well decorated. There's also a staff member whose name I wish I remembered. I think her name was Sanshruti or similar. She was our saviour after we finished our concert, pretty dehydrated, and we couldn't find any shops open to buy a drink. Such a kind and professional person, and she made our trip so much better.
