Went there to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and she was upset with the stay. Do not book this hotel by looking at pictures. It’s not how it looks. And hotel wants to demand more money when asked for the room showed in picture. Also before booking I tried calling hotel for room confirmation but “No answer”. After booking called hotel to inform about late arrival “no answers”. Even Expedia Agent tried contacting 2-3 times they did not answer them as well. Well thanks to Expedia they are always there for support.

Room was big and clean with windows on the sealing - that was awesome. Problem was that air conditioner wasn’t working, and we were not informed about that at the time of checking in. So instead of resting, we spend some time trying to figure out how to make room warmer( other then this small issue, Bristol was very good choice.

The location was very convenient to the area of Odessa we were visiting. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only problem we had is we were told that we would not be getting a room upgrade as a gold member. The reasons was there was not one available. Yet when I went to the reservation site of theirs and Hotels.com there were many rooms available for upgrade over 20 rooms. This is the first time that we did not receive and upgrade. Also instead of being offered a sparkling wine as is one of the benefits of gold status, I had to ask for it.
