Friendly staff. Cold/warm water in the shower. Terrible mattress. Tiny elevators that work/no work.tv with 3 channels.pretty good location with a 30 min walking to plenty good pubs. Breakfast I gave up on the second day and didn’t take anymore after I tried a watermelon tasting cigarette smoking. Terrible WiFi connection in the third floor. As we don’t stay in the room that much, we didn’t change hotels but I wouldn’t book again.

Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room.

Pra quem procura por boa localização, o hotel é excelente. É básico mas cumpre a função. O café da manhã básico também, mesmo cardápio todos os dias. O ônibus de turismo passa na frente, está ao lado da praça Osório e bem na ponta da XV de novembro.
