The staff was very nice but that was about it. My room was dirty but I checked in in the late evening and didn’t notice much until I was settled. There was hair in the shower and in one of the towels that I used. The ceiling looked like it might collapse. I found a penny on the ground of my room, making me doubt that it had been vacuumed. The gap under the door was huge, probably around an inch. The hairdryer was broken. Pool was under repair which isn’t their fault but I wouldn’t have used it anyways. I asked for a conditioner but they said they didn’t have any. It was so cold in my room and the temperature was not adjustable. I slept in two pairs of pants and three shirts and my own blanket from home, and I am someone who normally runs super hot when sleeping. The breakfast was laughable and gross, I’m lucky I wasn’t relying too heavily on it. It was eggs with sausage mixed in, biscuits, and gravy. I opened the fridge hoping there was a yogurt, but there was only milk. The cereal was super stale. I was hoping for some sort of toast at least. I got some juice but there were chunks floating in it. The people were super nice but I could see how much they were struggling. I would’ve gone to a different hotel if I were staying more than one night. Overall disappointed
