The forst room we stayed in smelled like mold, and the carpet was wet. Then we moved rooms, and in the morning i went to fill the coffee maker with water and two roaches crawled out.

Staff were great! With the restaurant closed there’s a grab and go breakfast. The toaster was not working - had to reach in or stick plastic ware in to get out muffins or toast- it would not pop up. Only 1 side worked. Paper towel machine in the lobby bathroom did not work, and being electronic there was no way to manually dispense them. The room had a safety latch which was ripped half off the wall- not safe at all, would not stop the door from opening. The dresser door to the fridge cabinet was broken, and would not close. This meant the fridge door had to be opened to access any dresser drawers. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. If not for them I would be giving 2 or 3 stars.

The staff was amazing! Everyone we interacted with was super nice! The room was not as good as expected or as good as last time. The mini fridge took way too long to get our drinks cold, and the water at the sink did not get hotter than room temperature. The AC unit was SOOO loud, but so were the sirens outside, so that was not a huge deal. The channel selection on the TV could have been better, but we did not watch all that much this time around. I just remember the room from last time I stayed being much better all around. I'm really hoping it was just this room because we really like the property and the area. Why was I charged a "safe fee" when I didn't even use a safe??

This was our third stay this year at Days Inn Inner Harbor. This time it was for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Camden Yards. And much like our last stay, the good certainly outweighed the bad, but...As always, the staff was great. Friendly, helpful, always pleasant, smiling and interacting. And we continue to stay here time and again because of the familiarity and the convenience. So close to CFG Bank Arena, the stadiums, the Inner Harbor area, Federal Hill, Horseshoe Casino, etc. We have stayed here at least 15 times over the years. However, as before, the property really needs upgrading, a return of amenities and a lot of TLC. Also, a return of more consistent basic maintenance. While we found our room to be clean, but rather small for two queen beds, there were issues. No hot water at the bathroom sink. The shower had plenty of hot water, but the pull up lever to change the water flow from tub to shower head was extremely hard to move into position. Had to be careful not to put extra stress on the faucet coming out of the wall when pulling it up into position. Some TV channels worked, some didn't. Actually thought that we had a non working fridge, but fortunately found that it was simply unplugged. Again, so much is just a little extra basic maintenance. We really do enjoy staying at Days Inn Inner Harbor obviously. But they seem to be treading water at best. And as we stated in recent reviews, it's almost like they never came out of Covid.

Over and above the fact that I was overcharged by Hotels.com. Our checkin was fine until we went to the lobby to see they were giving keys to another guest to our room. We actually didn't realize it until they were already headed to our room, luckily they came back when they saw it was occupied. The hotel although basically clean, the carpeting, beds were outdated and not comfortable. A/C was very loud. The only positive was the proximity to the event we were attending.

Positives - location is an easy walk from Camden Yard, the harbor, and nearby restaurants. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel accepts dogs. The parking garage was convenient. Negatives - the rooms, especially the carpets) are shabby and dirty. The bed linens are shabby, but clean (smelled heavily of clorox). The TV remote control was taped together and did not work. The toilet water ran all night even with repeated jiggling of the handle. The restaurant is closed for renovation, but there is a simple continental breakfast. The exterior landscaping is scruffy and dirty - be careful walking your dog - I came upon a lot of broken glass and a dead rat. Overall, this hotel is in poor condition for the price, But the location and the willingness to take our dog made it to work for us.

Please refund my money
It was awful, from the time I made the reservation and ongoing. After I paid for the room, most of the amenities that I needed to use were not available. This pops up after I submitted payment. No pool, no restaurant, no breakfast, all were supposed to be a part of the stay. Lastly, when I attempted to take a shower there was no hot water. It was around 11pm, was told no one was available to look into the situation, but I could pack up my things and be moved somewhere in the hotel. Extremely tired, this did not work for me and it was not part of the plan I had in mind. Please just give me my money back. I promise I will not bother staying there again. False advertising on hotels.com website. My rating for this hotel is poor.
