There were holes in the blanket. There were electrical sockets that were loose and a plug wouldn't stay in it. There were 2 towels but only 1 washcloth and one hand towel- i had to ask for more. There were no notices that you had to ASK for room service. The toilet seat was broken- however the maintaince man replaced it right away. The front lobby was like a sauna when you walked in- no airconditioning. The room had good airconditioning. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was not clean. The room was nasty. Bed had food crumbs in it under the mattress cover. Sheets had stains on them. The floor wasn’t vacuumed like it should be. We drove there to celebrate our friends celebration of life from Bakersfield 5 hours and drove back home.

Smoke detector was unplugged and beeping, coffee pot was full of coffee grounds in the water reservoir, and the tray where you put your coffee pod, and I found an unused garbage bag stuffed at the head of the bed, and the room had an off smell to it very faint, but you could tell when you're first walked in the room, and the only thing they had for the continental breakfast was waffles.
