On August 10, 2025, I arrived at the hotel at 5:00 PM to check in, although the official check-in time stated by the hotel is 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk staff that no rooms were available because all rooms were still being cleaned. This is a clear violation of the booking policy.
During my visit, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. I was told that my reservation would be canceled and my payment refunded. However, this turned out to be false — the hotel simply canceled my reservation without issuing any refund, wasting my time and causing significant inconvenience that day.
On the following day, August 11, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, I contacted the hotel again, only to be told that no one was available to assist me with the refund process.
I am requesting an immediate full refund of my payment and appropriate compensation for the time and inconvenience caused.
