Hotel is terribly run down. Reception staff very disinterested and unhelpful bordering on rude. The sky bar is padlocked shut. No information supplied in the rooms. Very very basic

Experiência excelente! Hotel fica situado entre os Terminais 1 e 2. Fácil acesso. Basta seguir de um terminal para o outro que você irá encontrar. Este é o hotel oficial do aeroporto [possui placas indicativas como Airport Hotel]. Check-in foi rápido, quarto com bom espaço e toda comodidade para um pernoite. Cama e lençóis ótimos. Tudo limpo e organizado. Não testei o wifi. A principal vantagem é não precisar se deslocar e você consegue subir ao quarto com o carrinho do aeroporto, assim facilita muito o leva e trás das malas. Não optei pelo café da manhã porque deixei para tomar na sala VIP. Recomendadissimo.

Great location in airport and train station. Reception staff friendly and prompt with our checkin they also looked after our bags when we checked out. We stayed in south entry which the foyer seam much more inviting than the north entry. Room were clean and tidy. Would have liked a couple more english channels on tv. Walls are thin had a family check in at 2am and the kids were very loud and they made noise and ran around didnt go to sleep which meant we got no sleep. Everything else was fine. Hotel ambenice was quite dark in hallways. There is a restaurant in the middle atrium of the hotel but we didnt use. Id say 7 out of 10 hotel.

The location is the biggest highlight: walking distance to both terminals at Shanghai Pudong airport. Rooms are well-priced. Getting to the hotel by car is ridiculously difficult. The meals are limited buffets with only Chinese food options. Breakfast and dinner must be paid for in-person. The food is not particularly great. The rooms are functional and clean. The TV only shows programs in standard definition and only state TV channels. The interior has a nice style.

ターミナル1と2の間にあり便利です。到着ゲートから徒歩5分ちょっとで行けます。深夜でしたがフロントスタッフは親切でした。 客室は、部屋番号が奇数と偶数で左右に分かれてるので、エレベーターを降りたらよく確認して進んでください。 アメニティは十分すぎるほどです。スリッパ、歯ブラシ、クシなどがあり、ポットと水が2本もありました。シャワーの水圧も問題ないです。ドライヤーは弱めでした。 時々、廊下から話し声が聞こえましたが、疲れていたので特に気にならずすぐ眠れました。また利用したいと思います。

2泊で利用しました。 空港、電車から近くロケーションは文句無しです。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったので、長期旅行は冷蔵庫がある部屋を選んだ方が良いかと。 フロントも24時間対応なので、夜間到着も安心。ただ、ホテルへ事前にメールを送っても返信はありませんでした。このホテルはノースとサウスにそれぞれフロントがあり、予約にはどっちのフロントか記載していなかったので時間がかかってしまいました。 総合的にみてまた利用したいホテルです。

Good point: very strategic position in the middle of the airport, best solutions for taking a flight after a rest. Rooms are quite good. Bad points: No any relevant services: gym is open only from 9am, the floor of the room was dirty.

The room was clean and the location was great for a 1am arrival for an overnight. Don’t expect a plush mattress…it is hard, but adequate to get a few hours sleep before your next flight. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt great the next morning. No breakfast is provided. I was in the north hotel. Apparently all the rooms there start with the number 6. The desk clerk did not explain this. My room was 6557. I went to the 6th floor, all the way to the end of the hall only to find out there was no 6557 on that floor. I thus had to drag my luggage back down to the reception desk and was told my room was on the 5th floor. Also, note that you have to go outside of the secure area and through baggage claim to get to the hotel. From baggage claim, you need to go up one level and follow the signs to the hotel down a long corridor. The elevators to the hotel will be inside columns in a sort of circular atrium area. Watch for the hotel sign on the columns. Be sure you make reservations in advance.
