We have spoken to hotel management, they are aware of the following, and the manager was very respectful and understanding. That being said, this hotel has a safety issue that caused me to have a fall in the shower. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles, attached to the wall at the foot of the tub, drip along the wall and floor of the tub. The tub itself apparently has a non-slip treatment that didn’t cover the end of the tub where the products hang and what was treated was still very slick. I fell while stepping in to the shower. My husband went to let the front desk staff know and they were rude and only said they would “make a note”. In all of that, we hadn’t noticed that we needed more pillows and he went to request some. The employee who had taken over for the night shift was very aggressive and rude to him and made what should have been a simple complaint and request something very negative. Instead of enjoying the night before my husband left town for weeks, we spent the night with me in pain and him emailing management. We would have left that night had I not fallen and had an increasingly more painful back injury from the slippery shower. While the hotel itself is nice enough and has good amenities, the staff we encountered were not up to Hilton brand standards, or any customer service standards.
