Me and my partner spent 3 nights here, looking forward to a nice relaxing stay. But what we got was more stressful than it was worth. One of the major issues was a lack of hot water. The instructions state to turn on the Heat Boost for 2 hours per day. We did this, and this gives you around 10 minutes of hot water (if that) which was barely enough for one of us to have a shower. Even if you set it to boost again, it doesnt heat the water up instantly, so youd have to wait at least 2 hours for the 2nd person to shower, which is impossible when we had days out planned every day. Every day we stayed here, one of us had a mostly warm shower and the other person either had to miss out, or had an ice cold shower. We even messaged the owners of the apartment, who didnt seem to care. All we got was "We've never had any problems in the past!" as if we were to blame, and then afterwards we just got ignored. Frankly, the customer service is terrible. I suggest that the apartment gets checked regularly between guests in future to make sure its in working order.
Other issues included:
- FireTV with advertised Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc, just didnt work.
- Advertised board games were either missing pieces, or the apartment just didnt have them at all.
- Some lights dont work (including above bathroom
