Excellent stay and convenient for exploring Troyes. We have been before as it’s a good stop point returning to uk via Calais. Great location in the city. Walking distance to everything. The room is very comfortable with a separate shower and toilet. Loved the drinking water in the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly.

Cute hotel, clean room, room was spacious, the amenities in the room were very minimal though, only shower gel and a couple of towels in the bathroom and one sachet of tea… the beds were very comfortable which was very appreciated after a long drive, hotel staff was helpful and attentive, the reception area is very cosy and inviting but I’m not 100% this hotel should be a four star, a good solid three star for sure

Suggest booking a parking space in the underground parking right next to hotel, they share with another hotel as limited parking outside plus gives added security. Hotel messaged few days prior to stay to ask if parking was required, I replied stating yes please book me a space. However on arrival we were informed their secure car park was full but there was an outdoor public car park a few hundred yards away…. I feel I should have been made aware of this prior to arrival
