We booked all inclusive however only selected food and drinks are inclusive and not all. The hotel is far from the Ferry and the town centre. It took us 50 minutes to get to the hotel. The check in was easy, staff were friendly, breakfast was amazing (buffet) Hawa (staff)was great she made sure we were looked after during breakfast and lunch, thank you. Infinity pool was amazing and they have free activities on site. The hotel itself is dated and needs some freshen ups. Overall its a great hotel and I recommend it.

It is OK if you want to just relax and it is close to the ferry terminal, compared to other hotels. But I would say, there is no beach for you to enjoy at all. I won't come back here next time I travel to Zanzibar.

We loved Seacliff Resort in Zanzibar! This beautifully maintained property boasts lush gardens and a perfect beachfront. When my partner fell ill, staff like Ashley, Debora, Doreen, Sarah, Anna, and Salum provided exceptional care for a quick recovery. The friendly team met every wish promptly, and the food was excellent—diverse and delicious. Highly recommended! Deutscher Review: Uns hat das Seacliff Resort in Zanzibar sehr gut gefallen! Das wunderschön gepflegte Resort hat üppige Gärten und eine perfekte Strandlage. Als meine Partnerin krank wurde, kümmerten sich Ashley, Debora, Doreen, Sarah, Anna und Salum hervorragend um sie – sie erholte sich schnell. Freundliches Personal erfüllte Wünsche blitzschnell, das Essen war exzellent und vielfältig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gutes Personal - störend war, dass uns beim Einchecken der eigentlich zustehende Upgrade nicht vergeben wurde, da keine Zimmer verfügbar. Hatte aber den ganzen Aufenthalt den Eindruck, dass entsprechende Zimmer leer standen.

A very quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea and a lovely walk way to another bar. All staff were fantastic ans very helpful, cheerful and willing to help. (Even joing in our game of table football)! Good variety of food and drink each day. Horseriding, mini golf, table tennis, pool, darts and tennis available. The beach near the pizza shack needs sorting out though, just clear up the rubbish and old seaweed -It could be a beautiful spot!

The food and drink quality for this premium priced resort was pretty bad. The dining area is pretty poorly maintained and the variety and quality of the food is poor. Also when we got back from the resort, I found a cockroach in my bag…

The spa services was excellent the food was Good, Room was ok amd so generally all the services were up to the expectations execpt for the fact that they don't have mobile money payment method which is very convenient especially on holidays and weekends..what if the one looses his or her Atm card but has money on their mobile app. They need to have a mobile money payment method for convenience. 7 out of 10.👍

Pros: nice grounds on the property, lush and green, nice room with ocean view and soaking tub, delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spa services have affordable prices and Lucy gave a fantastic deep tissue massage and the plunge pool was in a nice quiet area. Cons: not a swimmable beach, pool hours 7am-7pm and inconsistent service during meal time. Consistently waiting over 15 minutes for silverware and drink orders and not clearing plates. This was frustrating, especially when it was not during busy hours.

The property was on a cliff by the ocean, very scenic! The management and staff were rude, disrespectful, and thoughtless. Traveled on my husband’s birthday and check in took over an hour as they couldn’t locate the expedia booking. Did nothing special for the husband’s birthday, even on request. Meanwhile the airport hotel we stayed at night before noticed that the husband was traveling on bday and surprised us with a song for him next morning. Beds were uncomfortable and creeky and real bad pillows. Stray cats all over the property.

Buen hotel para vistas, piscina y golf, no para pl

Lo mejor son las vistas desde las piscinas y la cancha de golf a pasos del hotel. La playa es pequeña y la marea afecta bastante toda la mañana. La comida no es muy buena y la atencion no es tan amable comparada con otros hoteles en la isla, especialmente en recepcion. A la cancha de golf le falta agregar marcas de distancias.

Hotel increíble

las fotos de la página web del hotel no hacen justicia a lo que te encuentras al llegar allí. El único pero sería la playa, que es relativamente pequeña y con las mareas el agua queda lejos cuando bajan. Sin embargo, para mi no le quita preciosidad, encanto o calidad al hotel. Los desayunos y cenas son fabulosos, los empleados encantadores, los servicios de 10... y lo mejor las puestas de sol desde el jetty bar. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Zanzíbar
