The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped us get a quiet room and when we checked out they provided some water bottles for the hot drive. The parking was good and we were pleased with the room.

We needed a place to stay after a wedding that was close by. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no smoking in the rooms, but you did have to go into the smoky casino to check-in which was a drawback for me. The gal who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Some things were not in the room, like a hairdryer, but the room served its purpose for the night!

The room was very nice, but the pillows were not comfortable. They were too lumpy and hard. I asked for a different pillow, but I was told they are all the same.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were actually using the room as a place to shower and rest while vacationing at nearby Sand Mountain Recreation Area as they have no running water there & we were tent camping. The manager was the one who checked us in & did not seem to judge us by our disheveled appearance after being in the sun & not showering for 3 days. I'm not sure how often people use this location for this purpose but we do it every time we vacation there & will continue to do so as long as rooms are available when we do. Thank you Super 8 & staff for accommodating us & making us feel welcome. Its also worth mentioning that my son & I both won money in your casino, the staff in the casino & restaurant were super helpful & we really enjoyed relaxing there before heading back to the dunes. Sorry about all the sand we must have left behind in the room.

As soon as I rode in on my Harley I was greeted by a biker with an older version of what I ride. The staff was so nice to help me with staying cool and hydrated with ice and water. The hotel was so quiet and dark I slept good. The room was like a little beach condo with laminate wood flooring, air conditioning, hot water, a bench to help you take your shoes off, and a mini fridge and freezer to keep your food fresh. In the morning I was gifted a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a muffin. There is also a diner in the casino so if you’re looking for a place to eat and sleep this is a winner!
