This stay has been by far the most stressful stay I have ever experienced.
What was suppose to be a nice stress-free relaxation vacation, ended up being a disaster.
JENENE, OMAR, AND ALICIA are three human beings that should NOT even have the blessing to work in customer service.
My 2 kids and I were given a room with air conditioner not working! 78 degrees in there all night! Humid, hot, smelly room!
I was also given a room with TV not working.
That was the second night.
& YES I did call the front desk, JENENE said she couldn’t do anything about it since maintenance was out.
Smh! She couldn’t even look into her system to see if there any available rooms to change us to.
Omar, being the manager, had a unacceptable attitude.
Mocking me in front of other customers.
These three people I named are the most selfish people I have ever came in contact with.
Had no cares in the world for what we went through.
When I called Alicia, general manager, she said “You didn’t even give me a chance to let us fix anything”?!?! THE AUDACITY!!!!!!!!!
I called front desk!!!!! My son and I walked downstairs!!!!!!!
Trying to make it seem like I’m the liar to cover them is so cruel!
TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAMERAS! LISTEN TO THE CALL!
A huge slap on the face for us!
THIS KIND OF ACT NEEDS TO BE HEARD! People like these need to stop taking advantage!
They know they have the upper hand and laugh at our faces!!
