Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. Outside trash cans were very full when we were there, but other than that the hotel seemed well maintained and everything worked well. Parking was free and the parking lot was large. Free breakfast was good and had several options.

The room was nice looked like recently remodeled. What I didn’t like is the $50 room deposit.

Staff was great! Breakfast on first day had no eggs by 7am. Room lock didn’t always work. Did the job though.

10/10 Excepcional

Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, no issues with asking for extra towels/body wash/coffee for room. Owner was very friendly, even though we arrived for our reservation late at night. If you have small children, be careful as there are no screens on the windows.

2/10 Mala

The front desk employee was very rude to us and we had to cancel last minute which is not the problem but the problem is before telling us their policy on late cancellation and the charges with it, he went ahead and charged us and then came back out and told us that he would charge us for one night and he will go into the back to charge us.

The room was clean, the hotel itself is kinda old. But for the price it was good. I would stay again, we could stay at least 2 nights, versus 1 night somewhere else.

Outside of the hotel was run down and kind of in a weird location. The room itself was decent though. Breakfast was good and we loved the water pressure in the shower.

Disgustingly dirty. We will never stay at a Baymont again.
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

I was a little uneasy about the location at first, but it was an okay place to stay passing through for a quick overnight to my final destination. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which are the two most important things to me. There was a couple of minor issues with the tv remote and the bathroom sink, but the front desk was very helpful in getting them resolved right away. Considering it was a short stay, that didn’t bother me so much. I doubt I would stay again, but it served its purpose at the time.

Tub filled up with water when showering. Was not the cleanest. Tried charging me a $50 deposit for any damages that would happen in our stay. Never heard of that.
